House Bill 1317 passed with very little objection, but it didn’t take long for a 19 year old medical patient in Colorado to file a lawsuit. HB 1317 is aimed at curbing illegal teen use and adult overconsumption. It limits how many concentrates medical patients can buy each day. It will also require certain products to be packaged in single serving doses. Patient who are 18 to 20 years old will now be required to obtain signatures from two different doctors before they can get a medical card.
